ATA 186 call Time-out parameter

Hi all,

Is there a Call time out parameter configurable on the ATA 186. I've been told by some users that they are detecting that an ongoing call automatically drops after 5 minutes...some other says the call drop after 63 seconds.

Can this be a parameter configurable on the Vocice gateways(as5300) or in the ATA 186????

It's not configured to drop the call at a pre-determined amount of time. I would have TAC help you troubleshoot the connectivity issue in this case.

I assume that those calls were never connected properly.

Which Call signaling are you using?

Have you experiencing two way voice prior the disconnect?
