ATA 188 receives but cant send Fax

Hi all,

I use ATA188 to connect fax machine to IPTEL network. I can receive fax but can t send. I did all the requirements for SCCP but no luck. I do not hear a dialtone when I off hook the phone. I have connected another phone to ATA, same thing no dialtone. I run prserv.exe to get some logs but I could not. Even while fax is receiving. Here are some parameters and SW version that I use; I want to fax through my PRI to PSTN network. I have no voip dial-peer

Is the ATA showing up in call manager?

Make sure that you have upgraded the software to SCCP image. To me, it sounds like your ATA is acting in H.323 mode.
