ATA 188 static VLAN

Hi

I am running an ATA 188 (2.15ms) behind a non-Cisco switch with 802.1Q VLAN trunking. The VLAN ID that the ATA should use is 0xFF, I have configured the OpFlags field (0x30) and the VLANSettings field (0x03fc002b) but it does not work. Do I need to configure something more? Is my configuration correct?
