ATA CallWaitTone info?

Hi all,

How it is possible to change the time of repetition of the CallWaitTone in the ATA186/188 SCCP + CCME?

Ten second of time is unacceptable!

Hi,

SigTimer parameter controls various timeout values for the ATA.

Bit 0-7

Call waiting period—The period between each burst of call-waiting tone.

Range: 0 to 255 in 0.1 seconds

Default: 100 (0x64=100 seconds)

I have seen this parameter and also I have modified with 0x000000FF

But the ATA do not give no result, always to ten second remain.

ideas?

I just tried it myself and with 0x000000FF it increases the timeout to about 25 seconds.. What software version are you running?

Actually you are right. I tried it with an ATA connected to a callmanager.

When i put it on calmanager express the parameter doesn't make any difference anymore..
