Attendant Console aconfig.bat on CM 4.13SR2

I have configured AC Broadcast groups on Call Manager 4.02. I am currently installing a 4.13 call manager and would like to turn on broadcast queue for the attendant console application. The manuals all reference aconfig.bat file. This file doesnt exist in CM 4.13, only in CM 4.02. Any ideas on how to turn on broadcast huntin for an attendant consle using call manager 4.13?

Never mind. The file is ACCONFIG.BAT. There were two subdirectories.. "attendant console\bin" and "attendantconsole\bin".
