Customer Response Application is Apps 2.x. There are no compatibility issues of Apps 2.x working with AC. The only know issue that we saw was the conflict in the RMI port that is used by AC and CRA when loaded on the same box. Unfortunately, AC and CRA use the same RMI port at 1099 and so if you bring up AC first, it binds the RMI server to 1099 leaving Apps partially functional with the following error messages.
RMI Server: java.rmi.server.ExportException: Port already in use: 1099
Look at bug CSCdx47467.
In the subsequent releases AC is designed to bind to port 1101. However, if you are running the releases of AC that are vulnerable to this defect, go ahead and change the RMI port on the Appadmin/Engine configuration page to something above 1100.
