Attendant Console Drag n Drop Consult Transfer

Hello,

My reception staff are very happy with Attendant Console, but they require to Announce calls when they transfer, but the Announce calls option requires them to enter the extension number into the window.

Is it possible to change the behaviour of Drag n Drop call transfer to initiate a Consult Transfer? Is there any Engineering release of AC that allows this to happen?

We are on AC 1.2(1ES12).

Even in the latest release, Attendant Console requires the extn number to be typed for the Consult transfer.
