Attendant console grabs focus on incoming call

I have a user who uses AC to provide busy/free status of lines on their 4.2.3 box. They don't use call control. AC has recently started grabbing focus on incoming calls which is annoying for the user as they are working in other programs when this happens. The user and their IT department claim that nothing has been changed on the PC, and we have made no changes on this user's CM profile. Any thoughts as to what may have changed/how to change it back?

Our last choice would be some software to force the open window to stay on top but since this was what was happening before, there should be some way of returning to that.

Hi Joe,

You can use this method to enable / disable "Pop to Top"

Note: To toggle the pop-to-top feature on and off, press Alt + P.
