I have a customer whos attendant console does not populate with numbers etc. If I VPN in it works fine for me. I have checked the DNS on the PC etc. But everything I have tried has not suceeded in the application loading the information correctly.
Any ideas as to what I am missing would be appreciated.

Any recent CCM upgrades? Does the client version match the server version in Help -> About Cisco CallManager Attendant Console?
