Attendant Console POP UP problem

Hi, I have Attendant console installation. At first everything was OK but after some time the application window started to POP UP with every incoming or outging call on some of the computers. Does anyone know how to turn off this behavior?

Hi

On the lower right hand side of the Console window, there are some boxes that show status etc... one small icon (looks like a tiny window) controls whether the screen pops up or not. Just click that to toggle it.
