Attendant Console Questions

I was told by a tech from the TAC that I could set up Attendant Console to use the sound card and not a phone. How would I go about doing this. Any help would be appreciated.

HAve you looked at soft phone. It is the only way that I know of to use a sound card the computer instead of a real phone. There is the ciso soft phone and a couple of third parties but the name of the company ecapes my mind.
