Can I generate the CorporateDirectory.txt file from other servers like DC or exchange server.

Not sure what the CorporateDirectory.txt file you're talking about is... you can dump information out of the Exchange 5.5 directory if you need to... you can do the same type of thing from AD as well if that's what you're getting at.
