auto-attendant

I have encountered an error when I installed Auto-Attendant version 2.0(2). The error was: javax.naming.AuthenticationException:[LDAP:error code 49-Invalid credentials] (80004005).

What does this error mean? I also tried another version, AA ver 2.2(2), but I still encountered the same error. I'm using version 3.1(3a) for the CallManager.

Thanks in advance.

Go to

and search the page for "credentials", you will find your error listed explicitly.
