Auto Call Pickup not working on 4.1(3)

hi all -

I've recently upgraded to 4.1(3) from 3.3(4), and i've tried to enable the auto call pickup feature. Trouble is, when a call comes into the pickup group and someone tries to pick up the call nothing happens. If i change the "auto call pickup" parameter to False it works as it used to with no problems (i.e. press Pickup and then Answer). Any ideas?

There's a known bug in 4.1.3 where auto call pickup doesn't work (I ran into this hard, I have over 70+ pickup groups, they all stopped working when I set the Auto Call Pickup service parameter to True). The bug ID is CSCsa86206:

Symptoms:

A call is disconnected when PickUp button in CFwdAll setting screen is pressed.

Conditions:

The following CallManager service parameter is set to "True":

"Auto Call Pickup Enabled"

Workaround:

None.
