All phones are complaining of a Bad Ring List File, when I try to change rings. I am running 3.2(1.0) on call manager.

There is a open bug on this issue it is CSCdw93219. This is not the best work around but we have found that setting the alternate tftp and the typing in the same address for tftp that we are getting via option 150 will cause this to work. Something we have not tried yet because we haven't seen the problem in our lab was to setup the option 150 as an array and put the same ip address for option 150 twice. If you want to try that and let us know if that works that would be cool.

Here is another workaround I received.
Go to Services-TFTP -
Select the TFTP server and go to Advanced.
Change Enable Caching of Files at Startup to FALSE.
Then reload the phones.
