BAT 5.1.4a and CM4.1.3sr2

Hi

BAT 5.1.4a and CM4.1.3sr2. In the phone import, there is a "UserID" to allow import into "Phone config" page but it ends up going into "user config" page for "controlled devices" instead.

Note: BAT's User Import csv already has a "controlled device" field for import so not sure why its importing into the wrong field.
