Is there a way to bulk edit pickup groups. I have looked through BAT 5.1(3) on CCM 4.13 and do not see an easy way to do it. Any thoughts?

Go to Applications -----> BAT ------> Pickup Groups ----->Insert or Update.
This can all be done in CCM

I don't know what version of BAT you are using but I don't see any "pickup groups". Are you refering to a CCM ver prior to 4.1(3)?
