Business Edition 3000 AutoAttendant with VM Box

Hello,

I am attempting to configure an auto attendant in BE3000 verion 8.6.4 I would like to create a caler input option so that pressing 1 leaves a message.  I have configured a user for option 1 but cannot find a way to make to transfer direct to that VM box. It rings the line first.  Is there a way to configure the AA to take a VM?

Hi there,

I'm not sure about BE3000, but in standard Unity Connection

this routing to DN ring or greeting is controlled on the

individual user page under Edit> Transfer Rules;

Transfer Action

Transfer Calls To:	Greeting Extension
Transfer Type
Rings to Wait For

Thanks Rob. I appreciate you taking the time to respond. However this BE3000 box is a completely different beast. You would think something this simple would be easily accomplished but from what I can tell its not possible. Any BE3000 guru's that you could hit up on this one?
