We are running effected version 9.4(3)12 and our up time was 209 days. We believe we hit this bug. Has anyone heard of this bug being triggered before 213 days?

Hello, I am attempting to configure an auto attendant in BE3000 version 8.6.4. The goal is for the caller be able to leave a message. Whether its's a caller input option so that pressing 1 leaves a message or it goes to VM after the AA greeting I dont care. I tried a user for option 1 that transfers to a new user extension that is not on a phone. but when I do that there is no way to make it go direct to VM it just loops the AA greeting. Please Help Thanks

Thanks Rob. I appreciate you taking the time to respond. However this BE3000 box is a completely different beast. You would think something this simple would be easily accomplished but from what I can tell its not possible. Any BE3000 guru's that you could hit up on this one? Thanks

Hello, I am attempting to configure an auto attendant in BE3000 verion 8.6.4 I would like to create a caler input option so that pressing 1 leaves a message. Thank you K. I have see that tool and have been evaluating this option. We have concerns that the 100,000 ACL entries on the internet facing 3925's will be to much of a performance hit.

Recently we have been taksed buy C level executives to block all ip communication to Russia. They are about 65,000 (CIDR aggregated) public ip addresses in China. I dont want to manage an ACL with 65,000 entries not to mention how much larger it gets to add other countries. Any suggestions out there? Thank you

Hello I am trying to change the calling party number on a call directed to a hunt group. The call flow is this PSTN->MGCP->CUCM->UnityConnections->CUCM A call comes in from the PSTN to 4063294090 4090 is send to CTI route point that forwards the call to Unity Connections Call Handler Call Handler 4090 answers and user selects option 1 for sales Caller Input option on on call handler transfers to alternate contact number 4087 4087 is Broadcast Hunt Pilot with members 4081 and 4082 4081 and 4082 ring with no issues My problem is that calling party number on 4081 and 4082 shows the origional pstn calling party number. I want 4081 and 4082 to know that his call came in for sales and to show "Sales" instead. Any suggestions are greatly appericated.

with the 790 sereis phones you need 2 buttons. I hear that with the 8900 and 9900 sereis phones you can do this with 1 button. I havent had a chacne to test yet.

I have a sccp controled vg224 fxs port connected to a valcom 9940 paging unit. When the ip phone hangs on the paging device the port generates dial tone followed by fast busy and reorder which is broadcast over the paging system until i reset to port. thanks in advance
