busy tones wave files location in callmanager ?

Hi

Where can I find busy tone or reorder tones callmanager 3.X or 4.X. Is it stored in wave format or any other format. Thaks in advance.

You couldn't find such files on CCM.

Because reorder or busy tone generate phone or PSTN.

Thanks for your prompt response. You mean inside the phone there is some chips which generate the tones, Callmanager only decides the on and off period in the tones.xml file found in the tftp directrory on CCM.

There is actually an XML file in your CM TFTP server that contains definitions of the tones for the phones... I'm not sure when it's overwritten etc., but in theory you could modify it..

I think it's called 7960-tones.xml or something, and you'll probably need to turn off caching of files in the TFTP service parameters to see it...
