We have CAD 4.4.1, CallManager 3.2(2C), and ICM 4.6.2. There are three CallManagers in the cluster, and I see that all of the Cisco Agent Desktop clients (using media term) home to one server (the publisher). I'd like to move them to a different server, but they don't appear to use the device pools as defined in CallManager. How do I re-home these agents?
Thanks.

Upon startup of MediaClient, the file is read and the MediaClient tries to connect to the Primary CallManager. If this is the very first time that MediaClient has run and therefore has never successfully connected to a CallManager before, if this attempt is unsuccessful, it cannot attempt to rehome to another CallManager.

Which file is read? CTI uses a file (CTIIPMedia.cfg) but this does not apply to CAD.
