Is there a log or a way to know if a call was attempted but cancelled on the last minute or if other line is busy?
Users of IP Phones and Softphones says they called other users but line is busy.
I need to find a way if they really tried to make a call. I need to know if during that attempt, the line was busy or just cancelled by user.
Is there a way to check?
Thanks.

You can setup appropriate trace in CallManager to get this information. To know how to setup trace and what parameter to look for refer to http://cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps556/products_tech_note09186a0080094e89.shtml

You can go into SQL and check the Calldetailrecords table in the CDR database. You can query a set of records based on the user's phone extension and then check is there is a call with Duration "0". For this you need to have the service parameter "enable CDR for zero duration on" on the Callmanager.
