Call Custom Variables on CCX7 - Anyone have an example script? (.aef)

Hi folks,

Having some trouble successfully implementing Call Custom Variables on CCX 7.0(1)

Have been trying to use _ccdrVar1 etc, but no matter how I configure them, they don't show up in the historical reports.

Has anyone had success with this? If so, would love to see a copy of the .aef file you used or screenshots of the method you used.

I always configure temp variables in my scripts but i never used one on cisco histroical reports , i don't think it is possible.

What i usualy do is that i creat a new DB on the SQL or oracle , i insert the data by my choice then i connect to the DB either using orcale web interface or through crystal reports but i never saw a report that shows custom variables , may be i am wrong , the best thing for you is to open this discussion under the contact center maybe the guys there have a better ideas since you will find there contact center developers also.
