call duration report on caller wise

Hi, I have a query on ip phone CRA reports,

I would Like to know, caller-wise number of calls and the duration of conversation for these calls and for any given period. This should give for all ip phones.

We would like to get caller wise number of calls and the total duration of talk time for these calls, for any given period. Give us solution for if any third party reporting applications can also provide these info.

A Call Accounting application from a Cisco-certified partner will provide what you are looking for, such as Avotus (http://www.avotus.com/site/sub_icm/usage.html).
