Hello,
I am seeing a problem on Callmanager 3.1.3a. Where an ip phone has been forwarded to a number (voicemail box or another phone) and the user returns and clears the forward all there is a 10 second delay before the divert is removed.
Any help appreciated,

May be your CM is heavily loaded. Would suggest you to check if it is consistent during both peak and off-peak hours.

This is a known bug with 3.1(3a).
Upgrade to 3.1(4b)-spC to resolve the problem.
No ES is available.
