Hello ,
When ever we try to forward the second line from the phone it says primary line only.Does any one know why is this .

Make sure that you define a DN to your second line. Then use Call Manager Administration to forward the first line to the second line. You have three choices 1. forward all 2. forward busy and 3. forward no answer.
