I have a user trying to attempt a conference call with an outside party and when he pushes the conference soft key he receives the message "No conference bridge available". From what the user is telling me, he hasn't had any trouble in the past with this. Through Performance Monitor on the server, I have 96 available streams for a software bridge. Users are on 7940/60 phones.

You can try restarting the Cisco IP Voice Media streaming App service on the CallMaangers.

I actually ended up rebooting the Call Managers and that cleared it up. But I will give this a try the next time this problem comes up. Thank you for the info.

The first issue I have with this post is that you are still running 3.12c. This version was the most stable of the 3.1 versions but it is still 3.1 whitch is ugly to say the least.
