Hi,

I would like to change the DNS of the Publisher CUCM & CUC Since the DNS unreachable.( I'll Using Public DNS)

My main concern is,  do I need new Licenses and what kind of Licenses do i need?  ( i have 45 CUWL standers available )

and if there is downtime on all node on the server?

That depends on the versions you're using as licensing changes depending on the version.

Your licenses are on PLM, DNS changes will not affect them.

Do I need to reboot the server after the change?
Do I need to change the DNS after hour to avoid the downtime?

It will just take down the NIC for a few seconds to apply the new config, you should try to do this during a maintenance window or low use of the system.

Yes you need to reboot the VM.
Also, the product fully expects both forward and reverse DNS resolution to work. Be sure to create the appropriate records in the new DNS servers/zone before you make the change.

I did Not Change the DNS yet. and I'm getting the following status . any idea ?

Most likely because DNS resolution isn't working now.
