Hi,
Hi we have a hosted IPCC setup.the callmanager cluster consists of 1 publisher and 2 subscribers.
we hav one customer as of now.and we are planning to allocate one more customer into the hosted setup.
i just would like to clarify.... is it possible to share the same ccm cluster for another customer if i install new specific pgs for the new customer.

You can share the call manager with a number of customers, use calling search spaces and partitions to build individual dial plans for each customer.
Some things to watch out for are.
CTI is not partition / Search Space aware, so you can't have 2 (or more) extensions with the same number being controlled via CTI.
The directory will be shared between them, Use a different directory nd point the users phones at the seperate directories.
Choose names wisely, too long and you'll run into problems, too short and you'll never remember what they mean.
If your sharing IPCC don't share gateways between customers, there's nothing to stop one customer flooding calls into a gateway and swamping another users calls out.
Above all plan carefully.
