Our ip address scheme was changed here in our office and since then the Call Manager Service and many others won't startup.
Any ideas why this would happen?

Windows knows the ip address has changed but the applications do not.
Callmanager is still trying to contact the old ip address because you set the callmanager as an ip address in the ccmadmin page. Or else, if you had left it as default name, the callmanager service is unable to resolve the name, and you may have entered a static entry in the hosts or lmhosts file.
