call on phone with computer ...

Hello,

I search for a solution to make a call on a phone when i click on a telephone number on a computer.

I found differents solutions but not one who correpond !

list of solutions :

* JTAPI : permit to make call, but not to make call from a phone (which you don't have the control in callmanager) to a phone (which you have the control under callmanager).

associated with a utility to catch a combinaison of touch it could be a good solution. an idear ?

* Webdialer : permit to control a phone and call but only someone who are in the entreprise directory ..

Have you other solutions to propose me ?

Install TAPI from the CM plug ins, associate a user ID with the phone under device association. Then configure the TAPI driver with the ID, password and CM IP address. The when you use the dialer select the phone you've just configured in the Dialing Properties. Hope that helps.
