Yes.
You can configure as follows.
On the Callmanager add CCME as H323 gateway .Add a route group to point to this gateway ,add a Route list for this group and create a route pattern say 4xxx to point to this Route list ( where 4xxx) is the 4 digit extn of CCME site.
On the CCME create a voip dial-peer and point it to callmanager something as follows.
dial-peer voice 2 voip
destination-pattern 5xxx
session target ipv4:
where 5xxx is the extn range in callmanager site.
Also In CME 3.1 you can configure CME router as a intercluster trunk in callmanager
