Call Park quits working

I have a Call Manager running 3.3(3). We have recently added a call park number of 800X and assigned it to our publisher. Call Park works after we set it up, but if we don't use it for awhile, it quits working. We get a message on the Web Attendant Console saying call cannot be parked. I check and the park number is still configured. If I delete the call park group and add it again it works. Has anyone had this problem?

If you have multiple CallManagers in the system (cluster), then you would need a call park number assigned to each of the CallManagers in the system.

Are you using partitions in the system? If so, are the call park number(s) also assigned to a partition?

If you have the configuration set correctly (above), then I would proceed with a TAC case to get this resolved. thx,
