Just upgraded from 3.2.2 to 4.01(sr2). After the upgrade none of the previous call pickup groups are working. Do I have to configure hunt groups or is there a setting that I've missed.
Did you enable CCM Trace? There you can see some relevant information. After upgrading, any configuration changes did u observe in call pickup group section?
