All,
In the UK we dial "0" to speak to the Operator. Where IPT stretches across multiple sites we want each site to route to a different operator when "0" is dialled.
Setting up one pilot point with DN "0" and a local partition only accessible to phones in that site works fine. But when I add a second PP with DN "0" (with separate partition accessible to second site) the second site immediately gets FastBusy.
Change the second site PP to DN 8000 and it works fine. Surely if they're separate partitions they should work fine - any ideas/caveats known?
Cheers,
Stu

I expect this is to do with the fact that the CTI interface is not partition aware.
Try using a translation from 0 (with appropriate partition) to a unique Pilot point number for each location.
e.g 0/PTN-SITE2 -> 8000

This is how we do it. We have multiple 0 translations in different partions that point to different pilot points. Works a treat.
