If you have a group of users that share a hunt group and a pickup group, is there any way in which a user can call pickup a call that has entered the users hunt group?

I tried to make this work in CallManager 4.0 on a line group. I wasent able to make it work. Once the call went to the line group I could not grap it via the group pickup. If anyone was able to make this work I would like to know as well.

Any developments on this? The pickup isn't working for me either.
Any chance this is working in CCM 4.1?

If you make a CTI port with CFA to the Hunt-pilot, and then make the CTI port a member of the pickup group, it works.

Thanks,
This also works if you create a dummy phone (instead of a CTI port) and CFA that to the pilot.

Just a quick question to those who have this working.
For this to work, does it rely on the initial call going direct to the DN on the dummy phone/CTI Port or can that be any number whatsoever as long as its present in the PU group?

The dummy phone/cti port DN becomes the pseudo number for the hunt group. This is then call forward all to the real hunt pilot number.
