Hi,
I have a callmanager 3.3(3) and I set in the DEVICE POLL and also in the PHONE configuration the USER LOCALE to Italian ,Italy. After that the CallBack feature doesn't work. I don't found any restriction in the documentation about that configuration, can someone help me.

The "User configuration" overrides all other configuration of the Call Manager Administration. Even though the "Call Back" is enabled on the Phone Configuration and Device pool, it should also be enabled in the "User configurations" for that particular users. Please note that the Locale should be same on the User config, the Phone config and the device pool config.

The problem is in the version 3.3(2)sr1 that I had installed. I downloaded version 3.3(2a)ITA from CCO and now all work fine
