Callmanager 3.2.2(C) and Missing Phone Button Template under Device Profile

7940 Phone Button Template shows up under Phone Button Template category, however, when I try adding a Device Profile, 7940 is not an option under Phone Button Template, therefore I am unable to proceed. what could be the possible cause? I have Service Pack E and the current phone load.

Could you try to add a new template and see if it shows up??!?!?

Hello..

I have had this problem for the last couple of months also... creating new profiles never showed up in the drop down list under device profiles.

The only profiles that were being displayed were for the 7960.

I then copied the 7960 profile renamed it and disabled the extra buttons,

and that did the trick. I tested for the last 2 weeks no problems yet.
