Calls Dropping on CM402a

Hi, I've installed a CM402a with an H323 gateway. At the moment I've only got a Publisher and about 150 phones. I've had to update a few route patterns today and every time I do an update all the external calls are dropped. Has anyone seen this before?

I've got a 3745 with c3745-ipvoice-mz.123-8.T4.bin acting as the gateway with a E1 PRI 20 channels.

Yes my friend, I believe this is stated in the ADD CHANGE route pattern page:

Note: Any update to this route pattern automatically resets the associated gateway/route list

The associated gateway's or route list problably inculdes your in/out gateway therfore calls will be effected by any change/update to this gateway.

It is best practice not to make this type of change during high call volume times (during business hours for me)

Aah, so it does. I'm sure I'd done it before on version 3 and not experienced that problem.
