Calls receiving dead air

Having a repetitive issue of Call Center call agents receiving dead air when a call comes in. The agent cannot hear the caller sometimes. We are using clear channel trunks between the 3745 and a Nortel Option 11 PBX. Any troubleshooting ideas would be appreciated. I am trying to verify how the calls are coming in and if a agent greeting card on the PBX is the issue.

Actually we need to see the complete end to end call flow with network topology to troubleshoot one way audio issue, but there is the link which will help you troubleshoot that
