Hi All,
I had configured the required configuration of MVA on Cisco CUCM, but I got stuck while configuring the Softkey template step because in jabber there is no such softkey option. Can someone guide me on how can we configure it in CUCM?l Cisco MVA support for Jabber softphone as well?
In advance highly appreciated for the solution.

For what reason would you use MVA on a Jabber client? It’s a software based phone client in its own and doesn’t really need the functionality that MVA brings.

we are not using MRA
When users are at home
they need to make call from jabber office extension to external pstn number
we have some regulation by TRAI in india
we are not allowed to make outgoing calls directly from VPN as per TRAI regulation.
So we opted MVA feature.Then user can dial from his phone to MVA pilot number,then he can make call with his office extension.

That should work regardless of being able to set the softkey on a device. The softkey option is just to enable the possibility to move an ongoing call from an office phone to the defined destination on Mobile Connect. As such it should not be needed for Jabber as that's already mobile so to say.
