I have a AD integration with CM and each time I try and add or update a user I get the following error
Updating a user:
Error
The following occurred while trying to load the requested page
Could not update user.1
Error No. -1009
Adding a User
Error
The following occurred while trying to load the requested page
Could not update user.
Error No. -65
also I cannot delete a user from callmanager as the button is not visible - what causes this?

What version of CCM are you running? You could be hitting Bug CSCeg34036.

Have you changed the registry to allow AD updates from CCM as indicated in the following link?

The user might be a member of a restricted group. If this is so, the account that is changing the properties in Active Directory doesn't have the rights to update on that particular user. These groups include Domain Admins and I believe any group with Admin in the title.
