Cannot clear voice call

Hello,

there is a call hanging on my CCME:

3694 : 10399 2002968800ms.1 +1730 pid:20014 Originate 142 active

dur 20:04:35 tx:0/0 rx:0/0

Tele 50/0/8 (10399) [50/0/8.0] tx:0/0/0ms g711ulaw noise:0 acom:0 i/0:0/0 dBm

I cannot clear it with command "clear call voice causecode 16 id 3694".

Why? IOS Version 12.4(9)T1.

You can also try 'shut' 'no shut' under voice port. Remember if voice port is a PRI it will drop all calls that use PRI channels.

There is no PRI at all. This call leg is formed by call from Cisco IP Phone. 50/0/8 is a phone voice port.
