For some reason, Our recepitonists will receive calls, and from time to time, the transfer button will not appear, not allowing that person to transfer the call, or even put the call on hold. Does anyone else have this issue? Does anyone know a reason why this would happen?

One of the engineers here is actually having the same exact issue..we are using ccm 4.1....i just asked him to do a trace to see the softkey event that is being sent....if we resolve it before you ill make sure to post..if not, any help will be greatly appreciated..

We are using CCM 4.0, and I've updated all of the firmware on my 7940/7960s and my 7970s.

We has same issue with 7970 phone and changed the phoen load the latest one and it is working great
