CCA 3.2 installation Windows 7

I am trying to install cca 3.2 in windows 7 - 64 and too late did I check the release notes that there was a bug. The error message is

•          JVM not found      

The workaround is below, however I clicked on the other option that popped up to re-install in the Program Capatibility window. Now, I cannot get this window to pop up again in order to select the correct option. I have removed setup.exe, checked for any registry files, then downloaded and installed again but still cannot get that window to pop up.

Program Compatibility Assistant popup appears when installing the CCA on a PC running Windows 7. Symptom  Program Compatibility Assistant appears after a full CCA installation, warning the user that the installation might not have installed correctly. Workaround Choose the option "This program installed correctly" in the Program Compatibility Assistant popup dialog.

Anyone have experience with this and have a solution?

I have tried deleting all temp files and installing 3.0 which does not show the same bug id and still wont install.

Problem resolved.

There was registry files that I cleaned out that allowed me to re-install successfully. I used CCleaner to clean up the mess.
