Hi.
I installed CCC on MCS server without CCM.
After install,follwing "Error Message" appear
"Cisco Application Engine Couldn't"create service"
And unfortunatly, "CRA admin" window can't open.
Am I must install CCM?
Please tell me.

Hi,
you can install CRA on the same server as CCM, or you can set up a higher-capacity server configuration. Here are the link for CRA intallation requirements.

To clarify this post....
The CCC server require the Cisco Extended Services to be installed, but the CCC server must be installed on a standalone platform. The CCC server cannot be colocated with the CallManager or any other CRA server. Also, the CCC server cannot be added to an existing CRA server.

There are a few things I can think of that will cause the Cisco Extended Serivces to fail in this manner.
First, you must be installing the CCC server from the server (not via Terminal Services) and you must be using the administrator account. Secondly, if the administrator account has a password with a space in it, that will also cause a problem.
Finally, check the c:\CiscoInstall.log for the possible cause of failure.

When I installed CCC I got a message that it couldn't start the service. By going into the SERVICES -> APPLICATION ENGINE -> Check the logon
screen for Userid and Password matches during the install. Then start the SERVICE...
