Has anyone tried to install monitoring agents on the CCM's? Our shop uses Computer Associates NSM and would like to know any feedback of installing NSM agents on CallManager 4.0(2a) . Has anyone tried it? Compatibility issues?

The Cisco TAC sent me a link to supported 3rd party applications that have been tested on the CCM's. They were basically Norton Antivirus and McAfee.

The TAC also further stated:
"However, you can install any 3rd Party software on the CCM server (only at your own risk) but if Cisco find that this 3rd party software may be contributing to some issue/problem, we will ask you to uninstall & remove it during the troubleshooting. Also, while is not supported then TAC will no longer support the server."
