CCM and VIC-2B-S/T-TE

Hello,

I have CCM 3.3(2) and 2621XM gateway with NM-2V and VIC-2B-S/T-TE interface.

Using CCM and MGCP, when adding one 2621XM gateway, CCM only offers to me VIC2-FXS and VIC2-FXO interfaces!

Why I can not configure VIC-2B-S/T-TE interfaces?

Also, when using attendant console (ver 1.1(3118)), in the first column directory window I get (? character) never getting the current state of each telephone entry

Any help will be welcome.

On the 2621XM, did you check if it is detecting the VIC ?? If not, You can try reseating the card or the module on the gateway.
