There is no tool to allow you to see the password phrase. The adminutility can be used to change it for all the service accounts. This will cause a restart of all the services on all CCM's in the cluster. Please read the readme file for more details. It can be found in c:\program files\cisco\bin.

Yes, the AdminUtility described there is what I am talking about. You should be able to find a readme file in c:\program files\cisco\bin for the AdminUtility also.
I am not familiar with the requirements for the ICM PG. But, the password phrase is used within the CCM clucster to install software into the cluster. I don't beleive that the ICM PG needs this information. Maybe someone else can confirm.
