CCM v4.1(3) MoH multicast issue

We are running CCM4.1(3), with a dedicated MoH server running multicast.

- User A call user B and put user B on hold, user B can hear music (OK)

- User A call user C and put user C on hold, user C can't hear music (NO)

Any advice? Thanks.

Is User C in a different subnet, VLAN, etc then user B?

Whats different about there setup/location?

Different MRGL? User C's phone has to be able to receive the multicast stream fine. If they are on different network/subnet then user B then check multicast routing is working fine on that network, etc.
